CLI de helpdesk

Créer, chercher, commenter et fermer des tickets Zammad depuis le terminal, sans ouvrir le helpdesk.

Built with Bun. It authenticates once, then covers the day to day of an agent on a Zammad helpdesk: list and search tickets with Elasticsearch syntax, read a conversation, reply, close, or browse interactively. Credentials come from the stored config or from environment variables, which take precedence.

It also ships an agent skill, so a coding agent can work the helpdesk through the same commands instead of the web interface.
